Cheesy Bacon Burger Wraps
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
1 packet taco seasoning (or your favorite burger seasoning)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup lettuce (shredded)
1 tomato (diced)
½ cup pickles (sliced)
¼ cup mayonnaise (optional)
¼ cup ketchup (optional)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Cook the Ground Beef:In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the Wraps:Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
In the center of each tortilla, place a generous amount of the cooked ground beef.
Top the beef with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
Add Toppings:Layer on the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles.
Drizzle mayonnaise and ketchup over the toppings if desired.
Wrap It Up:Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing the filling.
You can secure the wrap with toothpicks if needed.
