Sour Cream Beef Noodle Casserole

Creamy Beef and Noodle Delight

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup beef broth
3 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the meat is fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until combined.
Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and stir until the noodles are evenly coated with the beef mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
